I thought I was being critical and so I was noticing other podcast interviewers who remain silent and do a head nod . Also your pace of speech for the interviewee is too fast. I am working on this myself. I am passionate and can talk fast in meetings. This made me understand why I am being coached to slow downs the other person spoke slower and I can see why that is easier received. I have a suggestion I think it would be much more helpful if instead of referring to this peptide while going through some long discussion about them mention the name of it throughout the discussion rather than just saying this peptide or this stack, repetition is helpful when people are trying to learn something I instead of having to backtrack look at the transcript find where you first mentioned it etc.
